Flying with double vision in 4 days

My partner is 42 he has previously had double vison before, it is to do withhis piturity gland as he has problem with this that he takes hormonal medication for. He has woke up again with double vison but he can see if either eye is closed. we are going on hols in 4 days 25/08, He will be going to docs on our return week on monday. do you think this will be ok.

His double vison lasted for 4 weeks last time and went on its own even though he went to doctors and hospital.

Reoccurence of the double vision could mean that the pituitary is "acting up". I would check with his physicians before leaving on holiday.

Flight itself with the changes in cabin pressure will not make the double vision worse or less likely to go away on its own.
