Frequent blinking

I am very concerend about me 3 year old and his FREQUENT blinking. It has start about a month and a half ago. I would usually see him frequent blinking a couple times a day. But within the last 3 weeks it has gotton worse. I watch him through out the day, its all day. He could be playing outside, watching tv, playing in his room. It does not matter when or where he is. I do not want to over react but i am not sure what to do!

This is probably a blinking tic, especially if the blinks seem to be rapid and fluttery mixed in with some very hard blinks.  Take him to your pediatrician first.  You can then see a pediatric ophthalmologist if your pediatrician thinks it's indicated.
