I have been diagnosed with Fuch's Heterochromatic Iridocyclitis (I am not sure of the spelling).  How can I get information about this seemingly very rare disease?
Specifically, I am starting to experience tremendously excrutiating migrane headaches and I wonder if there is a coorelation.

fuch's heterochromic iridocyclitis is a relatively rare eye disorder characterized by different colored irides ( iris ) , low grade inflammation in the front of the eye, and a propensity toward developing glaucoma and cataracts. the cause is currently unknown , though recent studies indicate the herpes virus may be involved. most patients tend to do well with good care. i doubt the migraines are related.  a good place to start would be the american academy of ophthalmology's website ( www.eyenet.org ) If you are interested we would love to see you here at Henry Ford Eye Care Services.  Simply call 1-800-363-7575 for an appointment.
