Hi there,

I have high eye pressures (26) so Ocular Hypertension.

Can anyone tell me if there is anything I can do to reduce them naturally as I am worried about optic nerve damage.

I have been very stressed out recently could this have increased the pressures as I was only 3 months ago measuring pressures of 20-21.

I only have one control eye so am deperate to look after the only good eye I have.

Thanks

See a Eye MD ophthalmologist that subspecializes in glaucoma. If you only have one "good eye" it might be best to start treatment for "ocular hypertension" rather than waiting for glaucoma to develop.

Find one near you at www.aao.org
