Glare in eyesight

I recently suffered from Iritis and had to have a YAG PI done, since I've been off medication I have a glare in my eyesight. How long ill this last? and will the hole in my Iris ever heal or will it remain for good?

The YAG peripheral iridectomy is not intended to close.  However laser PI are usually pretty small and should not cause glare.  If you were taking medication that made your pupil smaller, the small pupil may have prevented you from seeing glare that you "normally" have.  If this is not the case, then I don't have a clear explanation. You should discuss this with your Eye MD.
