Glowing dot in my eye

Hello I'm 20 years old. I have this glowing spot(really tiny dot) ON my 'left eye' just under my lower right pupil, not on the pupil but near/under my pupil. It's ONLY visible if the there was a light and during the right head position I could see the glowing dot light. There is nothing wrong with my vision nor it hurts or anything is just in the right position, and the right light, I could see the glowing light ON my eye on the white part.
I think there is some kind of hole, an 'input' hole, that absorbs the light, so what i did in order to find that hole that causes that light dot is to apply shadow using my finger. So by covering the light with one finger, I apply the 'shadow' on the parts on my eye. By applying the shadow on top of my pupil, I could still see the dot light. Moving the shadow to the left side area of my  right eye still to the point, the light finally disappeared. But I don't see any physically hole, maybe there was some kind of tiny hollow hole or something, because when i block that area from the light it disappeared. What is this?

* Note, The light really hard to make it happen, I really need to actually find the right amount of light in order to see that glowing dot. I had this for a long time, since i was a kid.
*In order to find that glowing dot light, i position myself like this. The light(light is coming from the top) is turn on in the bath room, look normally to the mirror, No vigorous tilting or anything, Just a certain normal head position. keep getting close to the mirror to until there was a glowing light. It rarely happen to any of the place, the environment needs to have a certain amount of light, and my bathroom(and also my grandma's place) have that environment

It might be a spot (usually a freckle) on the iris or a sport on the cornea. Get in to an Eye MD to determine what it is and quit worrying.
