i remember reading an article about a "gray ring" around the iris being a symptom of something, but i cannot remember what it is a symptom of. can anyone help me? i have a gray ring around one of my irises (and my eyes are not gray or blue).

i think u r talking about a copper colored ring called a kaiser fleischer ring that is a sign of a rare disorder called wilson s disease- often when we look at our own eyes in the mirror we see a grayish "circle" around the cornea- this is only a reflection and not really there if u r in doubt see an ophthalmologist for an examination good luck
