Grey shapeless spots in sclera that ends with blood vessel

Doc i noticed last 2 weeks that my friend suddenly has a gray spots in his eyes they all end with blood vessel 4 in left and 5 in other he is nearsighted and has astigmatism. 1 of the spots are fading as the blood vessel connnected to it fades as well what is it, is it severe,

As a generalization that is a common normal finding and is due to pigment collecting around the blood vessels and nerves as they enter and leave the white part of the eye (sclera).
