Grey spot in eye

Hi i recently just found out that i have a grey spot in my left eye what does it mean its kind of big to medium size
CAN SOME ONE PLZ HELP CAN IT BE REMOVED THROUGH SUPPLEMENTS I AM LIGHT SKINNED IT IRRITATES ME VERY MUCH.

This is very hard to answer, since you do not state where the spot is and who diagnosed it. If it is on the surface of the eye, yes it is possible to remove it surgically. You need to see an ophthalmologist (eye physician and surgeon).
