My friend had one of those, a slight bolge. It is easily removed, I believe that it is covered by insurance as an obstruction. Don't worry. go see a good M.D. , and it will be done in one visit. She was able to drive after, it just stung alittle for a day.
I have had a long corneal scratch, I wore a patch for a few days. My eye is fine now
Hard to tell from the picture you formed but it looks like a limbal dermoid tumor (non-malignant).
See an Eye MD Corneal Specialist. They can usually be taken off with surgery. Find one at www.aao.org
