Halos and blurred vision

I am a 31 year old female who wears glasses on a regular basis and has; I also have migraines on the first day of my period . Yesterday, I started feel a cloud over my right and blurred vision, with a little crust eye surrounding my eye, about an hour later my eye started to itch an hour after that I started to see halos around lights. When I went out to the store to get some eye drops I noticed the stop lights had halos and break lights on cars had halos as well. I ask the pharmacy what type of drops I needed and they told me to go to my doctor ASAP.

Today when I woke up I had no symptoms as I did yesterday until about noon. Then it began just like it started the day before and in the same order. I called my doctor who saw me ASAP. She couldn't find any infection, no redding under the eye, just a little swelling on my eyelid, which was probably because I could resist from scratching my eye. She sent me directly to an Opthamologist who did a full exam, including glaucoma, and she found nothing. She gave me wetting drops and told me to recheck with her on Wednesday. The drops have not worked and I am getting a little worried about this condition.  This is effecting my vision and driving. I have 2 year twins and I am very scared to drive with them but I don't have any choice when I going to trips to the doctors. PLEASE HELP.

It is hard for me to make a diagnosis after an ophthalmologist found nothing on exam.  Follow-up with him.
