Hi, can anyone answer my question? thank you very much.
The eye doctor said is the blood that fill in the place which previously the len stayed has block my son right eye vision, this will take weeks to heal.
They suspect the whitish they saw is inflammation and is the reason the pupil hard to dilate. it will be cured in weeks using eye drops.
Possible of retina detachment is low, according to them. May i know what are the symptoms of retina detachment? My son right eye anterior chamber is deep with IOP 5-6, pupil clear.
Will somebody vision getting worse after a baeveldt implant?
This is not a good sign. Please see your surgeon ASAP.
Dr. O,
thank you Dr. O.
Now something really make me worry, hope can get some opinion from you.
Yesterday i covered my son's left eye with a cotton eye pad after he woke up from nap. But, he seems like can't see anything using his right eye, can't see toys i trying to give him and almost hit the chair or bed in front of him when walking holding my hand (he is learning to walk). Why this happened? Because just after the tube replacement/revise operation (26th April)? I am so worry that his vision getting worse, or blind....
There was some blood covered his pupil (almost half level of pupil) after the operation, anyway, its gone few days ago.
Will retina detachment happens with this symptom (he can't see)? What should i do?
Hope to hear from you ASAP. Thank you.
It is difficult to get a red reflex in a small pupil eye. Pupils are often difficult to dilate after multiple surgeries.
