Have CME -- request locations of specialists

I live in NW Arkansas and have recently had cataract surgery on my left eye (June 10, 2009).  The eye has never regained even 50% of its vision.  Everything is blurry and nothing has a defined edge to it.  After four trips to the eye surgeon and numerous tests including the fluorescein angiography the last time, my surgeon has concluded I have CME (cystoid macular edema).   Google info. states exactly what I am experiencing.  
Would appreciate contact information for top notch retinal specialists within a 250 mile radius of my home that can give me a second opiinion and, perhaps, receive treatment.
