Having Cataract due to an injury

My left eye injured when i was 9 years old. I use to wear specs from that day. Now at the the age of 27 I diagnosed with Both black and white Cataract.
Dr. said it is very complicated to cure the vision of my eye due to this previous injury.
Other doctor said that he pressure will controlled through the eye drops and a surgery will cure the white cataract..
I am worried and confused too..
Should I have to undergo the surgery for it or is there another wayout?

First read this article carefully:  http://www.medhelp.org/user_journals/show/1648102/Consider-ALL-the-Options-Before-Your-Cataract-Surgery-Working-Through-Whats-Best-For-You

Both white and black cataracts are harder to remove that softer brown-yellow cataracts. However the longer you wait the more difficult the surgery is plus if you leave it alone the cataract can get "too ripe" and cause glaucoma, pain and necessitate emergency surgery which is much higher risk than before it gets too ripe.

You can get a second opinion but if the cataract has turned white generally it needs to be removed.
