Hazy Vision, Floaters, Droopy Eyelids

I've been to different eye doctors and they look at my eyes and say it looks fine.  I have droopy eyelids for about a year now, I have floaters for about a month and I have hazy vision.  I've had hazy vision on the right eye for about 4 years now, I was prescribed eyeglasses which didn't help.  Now I have hazy vision on both eyes.  What can be causing all this?  By the way, the floaters are lines on both eyes and a small peck but when I look at the sky they look like clear circles.  I'm in my early 20s, not overweight, no thyroid dysfunction.  I was tested for myasthenia gravis and it came back negative.  The levels of my antibodies are in range, only the IgG (I don't know what it means) is a little out of range.

I did, she wants me to come in for a CT scan of the eyes.  But I was wondering what can be wrong with me.
