I am not able to wear sunglesses because I always look over or under the frames and I get a headache. Are there any suggestions as to what I could do to help it?

alanda-
this may sound easy but how about trying not to look around the lenses and look through them??? to look around the lenses i imagine u need to either look way up or look way down and that will cause eye strain and that may cause headaches. why do u look around the lenses anyway????
