Help my eyes please

a week ago ,my eyelids became rough and itchy , and it is flaccid , my both eyes are smaller than usual because it is flaccid,my sisters was shocked how suddenly it was , i also had a strong headache this period of time ,and my tears start pouring when i get out in the strong sunlight if i didn't put an eye glasses, my eyes aren't strong like before, and when my sister cook and there is onion , if my eyes cought alittle smell of onion my Tears also start pouring down and i can't open my eyes at  all for almost 15 minuets because they start burning badly is it an allergy ??? ,i don't know what to do, i can't afford to go to an Ophthalmologist right now, what should i do else ??  is there any home treatement ??? iam a teenage girl , only 19 years old, what should i do ??? please help me
