Help needed

Hi,

My name is Paweł, I'm from Poland. I'm 27. From this year I have huge problem with my eyes. Exactly with my left eye. From march i had glaucoma on this eye. I had unnatural eye construction from day of my birth. My eyes are small, so now i have higher pressure then other people. On november i will have lens transplant which maybe get down my eye pressure. But nobody now if it works ...

Now anyone in Poland can't do nothing more for me. So i decide to try find some help abroad. Maybe anyone have any idea where I should go first? Where i can find help? I open to suggestion because i don't know any good or specialistic hospitals or clinics. On your wish I can share my medic documentation.

There are good to excellent ophthalmology centers in London and Germany. You need to pick a center that you can get to relatively easily and cheaply because many visits over and extended period of time are necessary.
