Help please :-(

Hello. I have red eyes for almost two years now. I went to several oftomologists but they all have different opinions.
I have had my bloodwork tested : no allergies , no thyroid problems and no auto- immune disorder.but i was positive for iron deficiency. .the last docter said i do not have dry eyes but she saw a dry spot on each eye . under the upper eyelid. i used visine for a long period and stopped using it since a year. i tried to use it last week and my eyes began to hurt really bad and felt like i had sand in them.
sometimes my eyes are so sensitive that my ear canals itch . i have also other symtoms i cant explain.

Here is a list of al my weird symptoms.
eye pain when i move my eyes
pain when blinking
very sensitive to sunlight
very red eyes in the morning, red veins in them during day time and very red in the evening
when i put on make up my eyes water and become very red
when i go shopping they become very red
ear itch
mucus in my throat and . i sneez every day but only two times
two spots of eczema on upper eyelid . eyes are puffy in the morning and lately i have blue circles under my eye
white stringy mucus in the evening

The weirdest thing of all is that my parents and my brother also have very red eyes
but they dont really care about it:-)and i do not have a bacterial conjunctivitis.

I thank u in advance for any advice

Thanks a lot for your comment. Could low ferritine have something to do with all this?

Suggest you see a very good ophthalmologist and bring your list of complaints.  It sounds most suggestive of dry eye syndrome with possibly some degree of lid margin disease and perhaps some allergies. Of course, I have no way of knowing what you have but these are some conditions that could fit your profile.
