High Farsightedness

Is there a way/surgery to help someone with a high farsightedness (around +10 in each eye) to get rid of his/her glasses or contact lenses? How?

If there was a way or surgery, what is the ideal age to do it?

Thanks in advance for any info

Dear sophie209,

High farsightedness can be treated with refractive lens exchange.  I would seek the care of a specialist in cataract surgery and discuss the risks and benefits of such a procedure.
