Higher Order Abberations: Double-Vision/Ghosting

I often see a ghost of an object vertically translated and not completely opaque, more so when it is dark. Will Lasik treat this problem as well?

Ghosting is due to uncorrected astigmatism, which is called a lower order aberration, OR to coma, which is called a higher order aberration (think of a comet's tail).  Ordinary LASIK will treat astigmatism.  However only custom LASIK will treat coma.
