Hit in the eye by tennis ball

I was hit in the left eye with a weighted tennis ball. This was a week ago.

I have been to doctor and he says all ok, but I am concerned because the vision in my left eye is still not what it was and the pupil is still dilated.

I had sonography and a couple of other tests and apparently nothing too wrong.

Is this normal? Will it just take sometime get back to normal again?

Thanks

Ask you doctor.  Dilation could be permanent damage or the result of a medication to treat your eye.
