Horners Syndrome

My 7 month old boy woke up one morning with what I thought might be an eye infection.  I thought that his eye lids were swollen but I thought that it was odd that his pupil would not dilate.  After a check with the pediatrican theysent us to a Opthalmologist.  He said that it looked like horners syndrome.  He did ask me about the birth whether it was an easy birth, which I said I only pushed for 15 min.  He does want to see him back in a month at which time he will determine if he would need a CAT Scan.  Of course he told me not to worry, but it is hard.  Should we be pressing for a second opinion or wait another month.
