How often can I use Visine?

I have very dry eyes and they are always red.

I know that Visine is not good for my eyes and I shouldn't use it that often. But my job requires me to visit important clients once every week. So is it alright for me to use Visine to get rid of the redness once a week before I go visit the  clients?

Eye lubrication drops only help the redness a little bit. But I do need to use Visine to get rid of most of the redness because my eyes are very very red to the point where people think there's something wrong with me.

I'm OK with that.  I tell people to reserve the Visine for limited times when they really need to look good like job interviews or important meetings.  Overuse, will lead to rebound redness.  One or two or three times a week is definitely not overuse.  Try flaxseed oil supplements, systane or genteal drops and maybe an allergy drop like patenol.
