How to interpret eye measurement.

I am having cataract surgery for mono vision. Surgery has been completed on my left eye (dominant eye) with 20/20 vision now.  In regards to my right eye (non-dominant eye), my optometrist suggested aiming for OD -1.50 and my ophthalmologist recommended OD -1.75.  What are the differences between the two measurements?  How will they affect spatial perception and clarity in reading computer and magazines?

There is no difference you would be able to tell between those two lens which are only .25 diopter difference. Look under Today's Pulse and read the article I wrote "Considering cataract surgery: Read this First
