Glasses may not be the reason for tiredness, instead take frequent rest to your eye while doing work, continuous staring at objects is the reason for most eye strain.
There are natural ways to improve eye sight like taking frequent breaks during work, washing eyes regularly with cold water, removing dirt from eyelashes,around the eyes etc using warm compress & diluted baby shampoo,blinking eyes often,get enough night time sleep, looking far distant objects at times etc.
Practicing these simple steps will solve most of eye strain problems and sometimes reduce glass power too. At present there is no quick fix to reduce eye power using natural methods even though there are numerous artificial methods like LASIK, IOL extraction surgeries etc which all have side effects.
