I got hit in the eye with bottle cap :(

So yeah, last night a friend of mine pressurized a water bottle by squeezing it and releasing the cap about a foot away from my eye. It scored a direct hit and I scored a direct hit onto the ground. I slowly regained vision in the eye (whether I was keeping it open or not I'm not sure) after about 45 seconds. I put ice on it as it started to swell. It didn't really hurt, but an hour later lights were still cloudy. Now, 9 hours later, lights araen't cloudy any more but the eye hurts if I go cross eyed and is still a bit sore. It isn't really bloodshot but has a slight red tinge. Vision in my right eye is not nearly as sharp as it is in my left eye. Will this fix itself over the next few days? Should I get to an ER? Can I wait till Monday? I don't have insurance either :(

I would see an ophthalmologist.  There could be blood in the eye or inflammation that needs to be treated.

I've taken shots to the eyes before and they have always worked themselves out.  I am NOT any kind of specialist.  I think you have just suffered some eye trauma that will take a few days to heal, if not get it checked.
