I have horner syndrome! What can I do?

Ok, I have Horner's Syndrome due to surgery of the right carotid artery. My pupils are uneven. I am aware there is not anything I can do to correct the problem; however, I was wondering if there is anything I can do to cover it. Perhaps wearing contact lenses to even out the look of my pupils? Any suggestions would be helpful because I am very insecure about my eyes, especially when I have pictures taken

I had surgery on my left eye over a month ago and the pupil is still always dilated.  I get self conscious about it, but I know I imagine it being much much more noticeable than it actually is.  So I just want to say people always think things look much worse than they actually do.  
Nevertheless, that's not much help.  I was thinking if it really starts to bother me I'll get brown contacts.  I have extremely blue eyes and I think the contrast would be a lot less with if I had brown eyes.  I don't know what color eyes you have, but maybe a darker color would make it less noticeable?

FIrst to both of your, your pupil unequal size is going to be much more noticiable to you than to other people. Options might include glasses with tints, colored contacts (pupil sizes are much harder to see on brown iris than blue) or dilute drops to keep the pupil bigger
