I have two questions: Retina damage and blurry vision.

Hi:
I was wondering if you could comment on a concern I have about my little chihuaha.  A neighbor briefly (about two seconds) flashed a laser pen at him mostly the head and body.  Can this type of exposure cause any problems as I have heard with the retina?  He isn't compaining at all.                     Also, I've been noticing a slight bit of blurryness in one of my eyes only while watching television or using the computer.  Could this be a sympton of a condition?     Thanks in advance.
