I see dark/light spots in corner of eyes near my nose when turning head left/right

I have been to 3 different optometrists in the past year who have all told me that my eyes look physically fine. One of them completely dilated my eyes did multiple tests for my peripheral vision as well. I have what I would describe as visual snow, flickering light occasionally, and sometimes see light spots. The spots when I turn my head seem to be symmetrical in both eyes. When I turn my head left my eyes will be looking to the right and I will see the spot in my left eye towards my nose. I don't understand why they are there and I wish I could get a real answer. It bothers me most when I am in the shower as I seem to be able to see them more. Could it be a neurological problem? Is it something I should worry about? I just don't want to lose any of my vision.

If it was something obvious 3 optometrists should have found enough to refer you to an eye MD.   For the moment "watchful waiting" might be the best course. If something new and disturbing develops travel to a referral center and see a neuroophthalmologist eye MD

I am also able to sort of see it when I have my eyes looking up and I tilt my head down. It is also true of the opposite. Sometimes when I blink I feel as though I see a spot in my vision in both eyes as well. It is always a circle though. I don't really know exactly how to explain it, but it is in both of my eyes.
I would move on with your life unless something new develops. The more you think about it and look for it the more troublesome it will be.
I will try. I have anxiety so stuff bothers me easily.
Perhaps include a psychologist or psychiatrist in your healthcare team to help you deal with your anxiety. A lot of things can be done to help.
