Don't wear contacts for 2 weeks before your exam so your corneal curvature can normalize.
I mean not wearing contacts for two weeks.....
But I wear soft contacts. does it still matter?
Try not wearing your contacts for two weeks so your eye gets to it's normal prescription.
Get an appointment with an ophthalmologist (eye MD). There is a listing under "find a doctor" at aao.org. Prepare to have a cycloplegic examination where your pupils will be dilated to find your truly correct prescription. I suspect your astigmatism correction is not right and/or your prescription is too strong. Take this info with you.
