I think it may just be an infection but not sure. What do you think?

I am 22 years of age so I have been haveing all types of eye symptoms but am hopeing for something non site threatening.

In the morning my right eye is full of gunk and is gritty but the left one is fine. There is no redness around my eye but alot of pressure that veries throughout the day. When I lay down it gets worse and my eye waters and at the same time gets sticky. When out at night I find that blights espeacily blinking ones highten the eye pressure. My eye aches when I try and focus on close oblects or when I look out of the corner of  my eye and tenderness as if I have a scratch onmy eye but thats only when a cold wind hits it there are other things like slight earaches on the same side and small headaches every few days.
This has been going on for two weeks now.Hope someone can help me out.

Get the eye checked by your GP.  It could be a simple case of conjunctivitis. My daughter suffers with this quite a lot and the treatment is simple.
