Identify this picture/film!

Can someone please tell me what this is an Xray or CT of? Someone is claiming that it shows a small piece of bone from an orbital blowout that moved and is piercing the eyeball. I am not a doctor, but to me the "eyes" look too round and far apart, and the film more closely resembles a thyroid scan.

The picture is a CT or MRI of the head, sinuses and eye sockets. That's the way the eyes look at that level. The radio-opaque fragement at the back of the eye on the left is abnormal. I'm not a radiologist and can't tell if its bone or foreign material.

Thanks for your response. I was curious because I thought the scan looked very similar in size, position and detail to this one:

which is an MRI of a thyroid.

That is NOT a thyroid scan its a CT of the head, sinus and orbit just like the one I looked at first. You can see both eyes, you can even see the lens in the eye, you can see the midline air sinus.

That is definetly NOT a thyroid MRI
