Intense Eye Pain

I wear contacts and last night one of them begin to feel like it was going to come out so I took it out.  My eye hurt at first which is usually does when I havent taken them out for a while.  The pain continued and got so bad I could not open my eye for very long.  It is very very red and the pain is causing a lot of eye watering.  The only thing I could think of to try was to put the contact back in.  When I did the pain went away.  When I take it out the pain is there again. Any help would be great.

You should see an eye MD. Stop using your contact. It can be very dangerous if you are having intense pain. Please call someone tomorrow.

Leave your contacts out and see an ophthalmologist immediately. Your symptoms could be due to an infected corneal ulcer due to your contacts. That is a very serious problem.
