Iritis treatment -- persistent blurriness

Hi,

I'm having about my 10th bout of iritis in 5 years (I've also got mild Crohn's and what my rheumatologist likes to call "undifferentiated spondyloarthropathy"). I've been taking a steroid drop and a dilating drop, under an ophthalmologist's care, for about two weeks now; stopped the dilating drop after about a week and am now tapering down the steroid. However, the blurriness in the affected eye has not subsided, and I'm getting worried. Is this normal? Should I go back to the ophthalmologist?

Many thanks.
