Is NeuroVision Technique Effective?

Hello All Doctors.

I am a 22 years old boy with Nystagmus on both eyes along with pathologic retina issues. Also I have underwent a cataract surgery 9 months ago. Now my vision is even lower than it was before surgery. I have found a technique called NeuroVision by RevitalVision company. I want to know if this technique can improve my vision. As I am living in  a US sanctioned country, I will need to travel to neighbor country for application.  Also I have read somewhere that Gabapetine drug can reduce Nystagmus movements and improves the vision after reaching the high dose. Please help me in this case.

I am aware of the technique but do not have any first hand experience with it. I do not know anything about the drug Gabapetine.
