We are talking about two different things. I'm talking about a good diet (proteins, carbohydrates, fats ) that has all needed vitamin's and other substances in the food.
You are talking about supplements. Most people eat poor diets and think that taking vitamins will make up for it. It won't.

But doesn't a good diet include vitamins. As far as i know vitamins make part of all healthy diets. Or am i wrong?
