Is eye vitamizing important?
Can someone tell me how to vitamize my eyes? I know that our organism is in the constant process of natural changing , our vision also undergoes transformations as we get older. So what vitamins are essential for eye health?

We are talking about two different things. I'm talking about a good diet (proteins, carbohydrates, fats ) that has all needed vitamin's and other substances in the food.
You are talking about supplements. Most people eat poor diets and think that taking vitamins will make up for it. It won't.

But doesn't a good diet include vitamins. As far as i know vitamins make part of all healthy diets. Or am i wrong?
