Is there anything

When i was 1 I lost vision in my left eye, no one really knows what happend but I have alot of scar tissue on my eye, is there any thing that can get rid of the scar tissue? or anything that I can do to keep it from getting lazy?

See an Eye MD ophthalmologist to see if there is anything that can be done to help you. If you were age one when this happened its not likely that you can be helped. You need to concentrate on keeping your other eye healthy. Wear glasses for protection, avoid activities that have high eye risk (power tools, lawnmower, weed eater, firearms, firecrackers, ),  lead a healthy lifestyle don't smoke, exercise, good diet, keep weight down, see an ophthalmologist every year for medical eye exam
