Is this a sign that he may be effected by another stroke?

My husband had a strokle 6 months ago.  Effected his left side.  He had recovered all of his mobility and speech.  He can do most everything he could before the stroke.  He is not as strong.  He is working on that.  He has been light headed recently and has a ban of pain around his head now and then, but today he was complaining of pain in his left eye.  Could this be a sign that he will suffer another stroke.  He did not have the type of stroke caused by clogged arteries.  His stroke was at the base of his skull in the stem.  Should he be concerned?

Yes since this is new and he has pain.  See a neurologist or ophthalmologist tomorrow. If it gets a lot worse tonight go to ER.
