It's not Retinal Detachment????

Hello,

For the past few weeks i've been seeing flashes of light in my field of vision.  It's usually very quick pinpoint flash both in my peripheral vision and and direct vision.  I went to an optometrist and he said i have no retinal detachment as well as nothing else wrong with my eyes/vision.

I'm just concerned cause i'm still seeing them so what else could it be???

Other possible important thing to note is that my head has felt "full" for awhile along with weird random sharp pains and tingles.  I'm going to see a chiropractor soon as my neck has been pretty out of wack.
