Lasik could make your glasses thinner perhaps by as much as 6-8 diopters but it will not correct all your problems and there is some risk of retinal tear from lasik in eye that myopic.
That is about all I can tell you on the internet

Thanks doctor,
Please suggest me if I can go for lasik laser, As some one told me go for laser so that you can wear less powered glass..
You have an unequal refractive error (aneisometrophia). Most people with this type of glasses have poor vision (amblyopia) in the eye with the bigger number (in your case the right eye) but normal, or almost normal vision, in the eye with the smaller number with glasses on (in your case the left eye).
Even if diagnosed early say age 2 this is a very difficult thing to treat and get the amblyopic eye to see good. often there are structural problems on the back of the eye such as weak outpocketings (staphyloma) that prevent normal vision.
DIet, exercise and healthy living do not prevent the problems you have in the right eye but are very important to your left eye and the rest of your body.

So it's likely not much can be done to improve the vision in your right eye. At your age its' unlikely that the number on the right eye will ever get to -23. Unless the eye develops a retinal detachment it's not likely the eye will go totally blind.
It's important to protect your left eye from injury or disease. Live a healthy lifestyle. See an ophthalmologist once or twice per year. The condition is sometimes hereditary so if you have children or later grandchildren be sure that a pediatric ophthalmologist checks them early about age 2.
Thanks doctor for your reply ..

I cannot tell from your post whether you are myopic (minus lens) or hyperopic (plus lens) or astigmatic ( plus or minus cylinder).
