Laser DCR

Is laser DCR common? How about balloon DCR? I don't like the idea having an incision. How can I find a doctor does laser DCR?
Thanks a lot

I was talking about endoscopic laser DCR - I have no experience with baloon dilation.

I have a local ent doctor who does it and it will not leave a scar.  The failure rate seems to be about 15% (just a rough guess from my experience) vs about a 5% failure rate for classic surgery with incision.  I don't blame you for wanting the incision. If you don't care about a tiny scar - the classic technique is a nice surgery.

I think you are just going to have to call all the local oculoplastic surgeons in your area  and if no luck check the ENT (ear nose throat) doctors as well until you find a board-certified physician do do the surgery.  Make sure you see an ophthalmologist first to make sure you do indeed need DCR.
