Lasik 2 years ago.

I had lasik two years ago. I am 23 years old and I went for an exam a week a go and here is what the doctor said.

OD: The cup disc ratio is .35.  There is a small amount to pigment around the nerve, inactive old scarring at the nasal edge of the nerve, and a sharpe foveal reflex and a youthful , normal fundus.
OS: The cup disc ratio is .25, a small amount of pigment is at the nasal edge of the nerve, a sharp foveal reflex is present, and the periphery looks fine.

Honestly I have no idea what any of this means and need help having it explained.  My current vision is:

Uncorrected acuities at distance
OD: 20/25 OS:20/20

Near Vision
OD: 20/25 OS:20/20

Pressures:
OU: 15 mmHg

Before lasik I had moderately high myopia at -8.00 Diopters.  I know my vision is better but I need to know what all he ment with what he said.
