Lasik Experiences?

I was wondering if people who have had can give me their experience? I'm super fearful as I have been dealing with blepheritis and have been out of contacts for 3 months and to many apts like 12 with 4 opthamologists. Anyhow my doctor said I could try contacts again but to wait till a better period as this is chronic. I am not sure if I am a candidate for lasik. I don't have dry eye though I have symptoms.Also I read that lasik can increase eye floaters which I already have many of which have been checked 4 times. Any informtaion is appreciated
