Lazy Eye (I dont get it)

I have done alot of research on strabismus and amplyopia.

Let me explain my situation.

1. I have 20/20 vision. I can see fine..I dont have double vision or any problems like that.
2. Both of my eyes turn (one at a time - not both at the same time)
3. If my right eye is turned and I cover my left eye..the right eye straightens out.
4. If i get up close to something I can unfocus and my eyes are straight.
5. If im looking at something farther away i can stull unfocus but the eye turns anyways.

I have read nothing that explains what this is..sometimes the turn isnt noticeable in the right eye but my left turns in a alot so i tend to use the left eye more..the right eye is turned in more often. Again I can choose what eye is turned in..even if i dont close an eye..i can switch..I have no idea what this is..please help.

The situation that most closely resembles you situation is accommodative esotrophia HOWEVER only a live in person exam can give you an exact diagnsosis. See an Eye MD ophthalmologist ideally on that specializes in strabismus (eye muscle problems). In the USA find one at www.aao.org
