Lazy right eye/headaches/glare/floaters

Hi!  I'm 26 years old, I've been diagnosed with a lazy eye and far sightedness ever since the age of 4.  Recently I've had an onset of concerns.  I've been doing computer work since I was 19, and now I sit in front of it 5 days a week 8 hours a day under constant fluorescent light.  I've been through glasses and also purchased a glare screen, but nothing seems to help.  I noticed that my right eye now has a very small floater with a hair like thing attached to it in which I can only see it on bright surfaces.  I also noticed that sometimes after a day of work, once it starts to get dark, I see halos around street lights and car lights (more with the right eye) - I can see out of it fine though.  The other thing is at times when I look at bright surfaces (such as my keyboard), I get a hazy glare for a few seconds from them (mostly bright/white surfaces).  I've also been getting some headaches/pain/pressure behind my right eye and it can become red.  At times my right nostril cloggs and my ear as well, but not badly.  It's an ongoing thing.  My farsightedness has also changed to more nearsighted, but I still can't see VERY close up, I just can't read signs that are far away as I used to.  I guess my main questions are:
  1) Since I have a lazy eye, is it prone to have more problems the older I get?  Is it the target for computer glare/strain?  Is there something I should be concerned about?
  2) Could this be related to sinus problems?  I also had to have my sinuses drained when I was 4.

hello.  what I believe you may be experiencing is that you are most likely farsighted and you may simply need prescription glasses. a lazy eye does not worsen after childhood and should not cause your problems. some of your other complaints may be caused by sinus disease, such as pain around the eyes. and floaters are very common and occur for many reasons. still i suggest you have a very thorough eye exam by a comprehensive ophthalmologist to reassure yourself and maybe get glasses or contacts
i hope this helps
