I'm not a doc, but it sounds like a roaring infection to me. No insurance? Suck it up and dig up a couple of hundred to front a visit with your dentist, Many will accept a payment plan, and it's waay better than futzing with sinus surgery due to an extending tooth infection,
My husband had been having trouble with a tooth. Today he woke up, with left side of his face swollen and eye almost swollen shut. Any recommendations. Please help. No insurance. Thank you.
I'm not sure you question is appropriate for an eye Forum.

Could be an allergy. My eyes get very swollen sometimes--mostly the lids and under the eyes, from allergy.
If you want reassurance about your eyes, see an eye MD, an ophthalmologist. Find one
