Light in upper right hand corner of eye

I am seeing this small light in the upper right hand corner of my operated eye.  It is tiny and I only see it in the dark or when I check to see if I have light flashes after my PPV because I know this is one of the biggest symptoms of an RD ( had this before my PPV with gas bubble).  Once in a while I check to see if Im doing ok.  I have PPV with gas bubble over 2 months a week ago.

Questions:
1) Is a small light from this corner of my operated eye a bad sign?  It is not light flashes but could it be potentially dangerous (i see if every now like after tv of in the dark...and them when i roll my eyes as before to see if I have light flashes).   I think i saw it a few weeks ago too but never paid much attention till a day or two ago.  OR is this normal after recovery?

2) I feel a watery, cold feeling in my inner corner of the operated eye.  Is this normal?
