Light jogging and retinal tear
Sir, I wanted to thank you first for all the answers you privide. My eye pathology and retinal tear history can be found here.

It had been almost 6 months since the horseshoe tear laser treatment. I started light jogging ( 1 mile ) from today. There are some jerks I felt on the face while jogging. Is it safe to continue jogging in relation to retinal issues I had in past, or should I consider brisk walking? Would I have caused any harm to my retina after jogging today ?

Walk, jog, run, sprint whatever feels best. Not going to hurt your retina
