Line in vision

Line in vision

Hello, what could be when one (in this case me) see's irregular fixed line in vision, only when I smile hard, and my cheeks goes up, and makes pressure to the eye, or when I intentionally rise up cheeks I can see it? I can see it for almost a year, I don't quite know if it started after or before laser for retinal holes (few small holes and one very small retinal tear) and lattice degeneration....
And if I blink fast with eyes half shut I can see that line is making white afterimage... I wouldn't say it's like lightning, but similar, only white or sometimes black (depends what color is the object I'm looking at), and not that intense like lightning that's usual for retina problems... Could this be from laser, or is this PVD that I'm seeing.. I had an exam 4 weeks ago by the retina surgeon, and he said everything is OK... I used to noticed it and forgot it, tuned it out somehow... and now it's back, and I think it's a little bit longer... oh...and the area bellow that line is a little bit shadowy, don't even know if I could call that shadow, because I can see clearly trough it... but as I said, I see that only when I do some expressions with my face or squeeze cheeks...

What could this be?

I provided a picture, to show you how I see it

Thank you again, you helped me a lot in past, and I'm grateful for that.

A pathological condition would cause the line with the eyes wide open. Since it occurs when you squeeze/blind you are doing a number of things like creating a pinhole and prismatic effect with the lids; creating increased a likely irregular astigmatism.

Since you've had it so long and have to "do something" to make it appear it isn't likely a serious issue. Discuss with your ophthalmologist. And stop "looking for trouble" and trying to create it.

It is irdotometry holes from laser, due to microscopic holes left from surgey, which allows the light to pass through them and they dont go away

Robertcro said nothing in his posting about having a laser iridotomy. Did you have one Robertocro? If so yes that is a cause, especially if the LPI done at the 12 o'clock position.

I only had laser photocoagulation procedure to seal retinal holes on 5-7 o'clock and retinal tear on 3 o'clock, and that's it...

I don't know, maybe it's anxiety or something.. Because I know that when I'm looking normal, I don't see that lines, but sometimes if I stare at something, or in specific light conditions..

Now I've done a little test, I was looking at bright white door, and looked quickly up and down, and I can see this "new line" turning on and off like bolt, only not that yellowish color, it's more black in color....

I just searched for that black flash or line or whatever it is... and found this question:

My new line is also beneath center of the vision, and is looking like boomerang, that image I provided, I draw it incorrectly...

Few months ago, I noticed in the far left side also flash/line similar to this one, also triggered by head movement or eye movement.

What do you think, could this be dangerous, should I rush to retina specialist or not?

You should discuss this with your retina surgeon. The odds are it is not anything serious.
